Building a tech industry where everyone belongs.

PDX Women in Tech is a Portland community group built around one simple idea: tech is better when everyone has a seat at the table. We bring together people of all backgrounds, experience levels, and identities to connect, learn, and grow together.

Through events, mentorship, and community-driven initiatives, we work to create access to opportunity and foster a genuine sense of belonging across the Portland tech ecosystem. Whether you’re just breaking in or decades deep — there’s a place for you here.
