Join us for an evening at Loupe’s Portland workshop, where industrial robots and mathematical sculpture share the same floor. Host David Nichols, Loupe CEO and the artist behind @polyhedrist, will show how the tools of automation (CNC, waterjet, robot arms) also build monumental steel polyhedra, including a 9-foot, 3,000-pound pentagonal icositetrahedron.
Tour the shop, see live demos, and talk with the team. Makers, engineers, students, and the curious are all welcome.
